Point out special problem areas and stains. Advise us how old the stain is and if the stain has been exposed to any form of heat. Tell us if you tried to remove the stain yourself and, if so, what chemical did you use. Sometimes a stain can be removed, but more time is needed - let us know your preference.

The counter staff at LIONHEART CLEANERS is trained to ask questions and provide a paper trail for each garment’s special needs. They may also be an immediate source to answer many of your questions; however, some questions may not be answered immediately.
